BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 6000 Lee Highway, being on the southeast line of Lee Highway at Charles Drive. Lots 19-21, First Section of Charles Park, as shown by plat of record in deed book 824, page 19, ROHC; part of lot 26, Charles Park Subdivision, not recorded; and part of lots 18 and 22, Subdivision of the Old Crabtree Farm, as shown by plat of record in plat book 7, page 27, ROHC; being part of the property described in deed book 1241, page 169, ROHC. Said lots and parts of lots form one tract beginning at the intersection of the southeast line of Lee Highway with the northeast line of Charles Drive, thence with Lee Highway northeast 331.3 feet, southeast 5 feet, and northeast 54 feet, thence southeast some 120 feet to a point 120 feet (if measured at a right angle) southeast of the southeast line of Lee Highway, thence parallel to, and at all points 120 feet southeast of, the southeast line of Lee Highway, southwest some 57 feet, northwest 5 feet, and southwest some 331.3 feet to the northeast line of Charles Drive, thence northwest 120 feet with Charles Drive to the southeast line of Lee Highway, the point of beginning.
